NKR President receives Armenian Defense Minister
On September 23, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan received Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to army-building cooperation between the two Armenian states. They stressed that cooperation in this sphere between the Republic of Armenia and NKR is one of the pivotal preconditions for maintaining peace stability in the region.
NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, First Deputy Head of the General Staff of the RA Armed forces Enrico Apryamov partook at the meeting, reports the Central Information Department of the Artsakh President's Office.
