Armenian, Ukrainian officials discuss bilateral ties
Armenia's acting Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received on Wednesday Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Olefirov, who arrived in Armenia to attend the inauguration ceremony of Serzh Sargsyan.
Edward Nalbandian lauded the progress recorded in different spheres of cooperation between the two countries and said there are opportunities to expand and deepen collaboration in the future.
The two men discussed organization of mutual visits and cooperation within the framework of the EU Eastern Partnership project.
The Armenian official briefed the guest on the efforts of Armenia and international community in the Karabakh peace deal.
Speaking about Ukraine's chairmanship in the OSCE, the diplomats highlighted the visit of OSCE Chairperson-in-office Leonid Kozhara to Armenia to be held in June, 2013.
