The special session of NA was attended by 92 MPs. During the special session Serzh Sargsyan swore for the second time to fulfill unconditionally all his obligations. After the sound of the state anthem Serzh Sargsyan was reaffirmed in his position. By the way from the state seniou official only First Lady Rita Sargsyan was singing the words of the national anthem the others were silent.

"During today's oath-taking ceremony, I took a responsibility that has not left me in the past  5 years,",- Serzh Sargsyan started his speech with these words. "The top problem that I am going to face during the upcoming 5 years is the economic progress."

Serzh Sargsyan promised to stimulate the economy in all sectors in the next five years, to increase the cooperation with the Diaspora. "Give people a chance, they will make everything else," Ssrzh Sargsyan said.

the special session was declared closed taking out the national flag, the symbol of the authority from the constitutional court-the "mother" sample of the Constitution and the 8th century Virgin Mary Gospel.

This is the first time in history, when the president visits his Yerablur after the inaguaration ceremony.
