Raffi started to walk around
At this moment in Freedom Square Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian rose on the stage raising the tricolor flag of Armenian and then came down again and started to walk around the square with the raised tricolor greeting people.
The people were chanting "Raffi President", "Raffi President", "Victory."
Raffi Hovannisian who has the second position in the presidential elections due to the official date started to sing the anthem of RA rising up to the platform.
