Vartan Oskanian invited to NSS
Founder of the Civilitas Foundation Vartan Oskanian has again been summoned to the National Security Service in connection with the criminal case on money laundering. The lawmaker of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) has been offered to agree the date and time with the investigators.
Oskanian was invited to the NSS to be informed about a decision on appointing a forensic accounting study on fueling and washing vehicles not belonging to or under lease to Civilitas, as well as on payment of wages, Civilitas reports.
On January 29, 2013, two drivers of the Foundation were called to the NSS for questioning. In February, the NSS conducted a check to determine whether cars not belonging to or under lease to the Civilitas Foundation use natural gas as fuel, and to ascertain the odometers of these cars.
