The only way to settle Karabakh conflict
Political analyst Andranik Mihranyan thinks Turkey will never re-establish diplomatic and economic relations with Armenia or open its border with Armenia as long as there is not any breakthrough in the Karabakh conflict settlement.
The analyst says the conflict can be settled only in case the superpowers reach an agreement and force the sides to admit the Madrid Principles.
