Syrian Armenian Driver's licenses to be exchanged
The driving licenses of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who have returned to their homeland after the recent events of Syrian Arab Republic do not correspond to the requirements of 1968 November 8 convection of "Traffic" and can not be exchanged.
Thanks to the adopted policy and determination the driver's licenses can be exchanged without qualification exams, but with one precondition. Syrian Armenians will be given RA national driver's licenses but they will have to take the qualifying exams within a period of one year.
