Everything should be done by April 9.
"What the people and Raffi Hovannisian are going to do, they must implement it by April 9",- "Democratic Fatherland" party leader Petros Makeyan proposed during Civil Forum held in Freedom Square today. To his mind the dialogue between the government and the people can leave a positive impact only if that dialogue is dictated by the people.
"If the dialogue is not managed, April 9, should be converted as a national day of riots. If people accept that the government can easily play and win every game, later it will be very difficult", - Mr. Makeyan thinks.
For Petros Makeyan presidential elections 2013 were different from the previous ones in its post-election developments. Due to him, the next phase of the elections was non-standard regional visits, as well as the hunger-strike.
"Raffi Hovannisian's hunger-strike was a serious action, which was to give the message to the public that they should stand up for their votes",-the party leader assured.
Having a historical review Petros Makeyan notes that besides 1991 for all the other years the results were suspicious because of always existing fraud.
"Always the opposition candidate won but the authorities have taken the power again. They have made violations of Article 2 of RA constitution, that is the government formulated by the people was not given to the people".
