R. Hovhannisyan’s letter to Serzh Sargsyan
Raffi Hovannisyan is ready to meet Serzh Sargsyan in Freedom Square. It is mentioned in his response letter to Serzh Sargsyan. Due to him, if Serzh Sargsyan does not consider Freedom Square a convenient place for meeting, let he be free to submit his proposals in a written way.
Raffi Hovannisian's letter:
Yesterday I received your March 25 letter. I appreciate that you finally answered my comprehensive proposal just in a written way.
Although there are some disputed facts and biased arguments in some formulations of the letter, it can already be considered a progress that you have considered my document as a base for further negotiations.
I reiterate my willingness to meet with you and discuss the national outcome at any time and in any format in Freedom square. I am thankful for my health concern. There is no need to worry, I'm perfectly healthy, I have no need for recovery, and we can carry out our work without delay for the sake of new constitutional Armenia.
If for some reason you will not consider Freedom square a convenient meeting place feel free to submit a letter of your proposals which was missing in your previous response.
