"You are inviting everybody “to come to the carpet"
Today in National Assembly ANC/HAK MP Nikol Pashinyan spoke about electoral violations giving question to CEC chairman Tigran Mukuchyan reminding words of ARF MP Artsvik Minasyan that it was a crime like assassination.
"In May the municipal elections will be held and I can say that your system will be forging again, how you personally rigged during the parliamentary elections in my presence.This is not a declarative statement and your presented report is a fraud",- Nicol Pashinian said adding that all the fraud that has been seen throughout the country watching concrete examples on the web.
In response to NIkol Pashinyan's all arguments the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Tigran Mukuchyan announced: "Perhaps, considering my upbringing, I can not go to the same level as you gave your questions. I will try to respond in more proper and civilized way".
"If you think that with the accumulation of your tongue twisters you make an impression, you are wrong. If you are talking about education, then you are now lying in front of a whole nation. I am the responsible and the owner of each word of mine and I can prove to you all your lies",-responded Pashinyan.
President of the CEC continued insisting that the elections had been conducted due to the "Electoral Code". Nikol Pashinyan without microphone announced that in any format he can debate with Mukuchyan and prove his fraud.
"It will remain for the rally",- Mr. Mukuchyan said.
"You have become a leader, Mr. Pashinyan and you are inviting everybody "to come to the carpet",- Hovik Abrahamyan said.
After the debate Pashinyan left the hall debate. Together with him many MPs came out of the room, including Havik Abrahamian.
