"I have never been in a place which is not pleasant for me", - Spanish singer Julio Iglesias said.

The singer arrived in Yerevan yesterday and said that he is happy for coming to Armenia and added: "I'm going to sing here with great a love and that's why today I ham here. I do not have many years left to live and I am happy that I am in my friends' country".
One of my friends is Charles Anznavur who Julio Iglesias considers his elder brother.
"Charles Aznavour is my longtime close friend; I have had many duets with him", - the Spanish singer said.

Grammy award-winning singer though visited Armenia for the first time but admits that this visit is not the motive to "make" him recognize Armenia.

The Spanish singer has noticed something melancholic in Armenian people's eyes and look.
"The first impression that I got from Armenia is what nice people Armenians are. When they saw me off from Moscow yesterday I was told that I was going to a hot country, not because of the hot weather here, but because of the hot temperament and warm attitude of Armenians",- Iglesias said.

It is possible that 70-year-old Iglesias will perform Armenian songs "I've already studied what songs like Armenian people", - he said.
