Presidential elections on February 18, both the de jure and de facto are over, thinks the expert of political and electoral technologies Armen Badalyan.
"After that, whatever Raffi Hovannisian does-to strike, apply to the Constitutional Court,to organize rallies, to give do not press conferences, nothing can really affect the outcome of the presidential election",-told "A1 +" the expert of political and electoral technologies.

Turning to the question of mutual concessions, Mr. Badalyan noted who's power is strong will not make concessions.

"Three or four thousand people are gathered for Raffi Hovhannisyan's rallies and the external forces from West have recognized Serzh Sargsyan's victory. We can say that the government made concessions giving him the honorable second place, no more concessions are expected".

NA Chairman also announced that they want to form a commission for constitutional reforms and that position may be offered to Raffi Hovannisian",-he added.

Due to the expert of political and electoral technologies, Raffi Hovannisian wants to transfer his votes gained from the presidential election very fluently to the municipal elections to have very influential and powerful faction in the municipality.

"To my mind that all can not be carried out for the simple reason that if in the presidential elections Armenian National Party(HAK), Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and Armenian Revolutionary Party (ARF) did not participate, BHK will do everything possible to reach success in Yerevan. And the votes that Raffi Hovannisian gained in the elections this time will pass to BHK, HAK and ARF",-he concluded.
