Conception in Turkey "before and after Hrant Dink"
Armenia should negotiate with Turkey only in the intellectual level.
This idea has recently told reporters by republican deputy Mkrtich Minasyan who participated in the orthodox inter-parliamentary assembly in Istambul.
20 years running assembly attended delegations from 20 countries.
BHK deputy Aragats Akhoyan was also from the Armenian delegation, who mentioned that 2 Armenian churches were reconstructed in Turkey which was also a small democratic step.
"There is a conception in Turkey "before and after Hrant Dink", when a part of Turkish intellectuals also deplored Dink's death while others were very happy. We are going to take our future steps so that they should proceed only in our interests".
Aragats Akhoyan referring to Armenia-Van flight mentioned that the opening of such a flight is a great achievement: "This can not be very serious motive for tourism development but it is a great achievement, because it will be possible to get from here to Van in 40 minutes. We can also show better help to Armenians living there".
