Vardan Sedrakyan's attorney will appeal
The appeal against the decision of the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts to arrest Vardan Sedrakyan on March 5, 2013 will be applied to the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia today.
The trial court satisfied pleading of NSS and as a preventive measure decided two-month detention on the case of the assassination attempt against Paruyr Hayrikyan.
This was told "A1 +" by Vardan Sedrakyan's attorney Alexander Sirunyan.
Note that yesterday "Sirunyan" Law Office headed by Alexander Sirunyan delivered message stating that since the the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia has not made decision on the appeal of another candidate Raffi Hovannisian, Vardan Sedrakyan is considered a presidential candidate till now and could not be arrested without the consent of the Central Election Commission.
