A. Rustamyan : Quiet power is going to take strength
ARF Supreme Body Armen Rustamyan delivered a speech during today's meeting mentioning that the Federation is ready to make all the efforts to celebrate the victory of the pan-Armenian struggle.
Raffi Hovannisian called on the gathered people to come to the next meeting on March 8. Raffi Hovhanisyan also considers victory the fact that bad weather could not hamper the conduct of the meeting.
In his speech, he noted that, "the first lady" or "the first man" concepts from now on will no longer exist however on the day of the launch of the month dedicated to women (March 8-April 7) Armine Hovhannisyan will put start to the month of fighting women who know their rights and can defend them.
