Homeless single women not to receive apartment
Homeless Katush Chakoyan, after the death of her son has been alone living in horrible, wet and cold conditions.
The state has deprived her of her right to receive new apartment giving excuse that the required documents are not completed.
Her brother's family members refused to provide their documents wishing to receive the same apartment.
