Armen Rustamyan: Talks reached impasse
Representatives of Armenian parliamentary factions today met with National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan to determine the format of discussions of post-election processes.
"We have discussed Dashnaktsutyun's proposal to convene an extraordinary session on the issue, but in fact, the negotiations have reached an impasse. First of all, the authorities did not agree with our proposal to convene an extraordinary session," Armen Rustamyan, a senior representative of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun) told Yerkir.am.
