Dissolve the Parliament, what to do?
The first phase at the chairman of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan's negotiations is over.
The leader of the faction "Heritage" Ruben Hakobyan said that discrepancies existed. HHK faction leader Galust Sahakyan said "we will not give up." He is personally opposed to the three proposals of "Heritage".
"Dissolve the Parliament, what to do?", - he said.
Prosperous Armenia party (BHK) deputy Naira Zohrabyan who did not participate in the consultations, said that they are against special parliamentary elections.
The negotiations are held with the participation of the representatives of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), "Heritage" and Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF).
Note that three issues are on the agenda- holding of the special parliamentary elections within one year, transition to the proportional electoral system within two years, addition of the control levers of opposition.
