Raffi Hovannisian demands publication of video record
Leader of the opposition Heritage party, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian does not exclude the possibility of disputing the final results of the February 18 presidential election in the Constitutional Court.
Talking to reporters on Monday, Mr Hovannisian said in the coming days the public will hear about the new model of power.
The leader of the Heritage party says everyone who participated in the fraudulent election would be made accountable, be it a governor, mayor or other top official.
Raffi Hovannisian gave the press conference an hour after the country's Central Electoral Commission (CEC) announced the final results of the Feb. 18 ballot.
Speaking about the statement of Republican Party spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov promised to publicize the video recording of the meeting between Raffi Hovannisian and Serzh Sargsyan, the Heritage leader demanded that it immediately be made public.
Hovannisian's next press conference will be held on March 1. Before that, he will continue is regional visits to thank local voters for their participation in the vote.
