Gurgen Arsenyan: Serzh Sargsyan is President-elect
Gurgen Arsenyan, a lawmaker of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), says he will continue to consider Serzh Sargsyan Armenia's President as long as the post-election rallies disputing the results of the Feb. 18 presidential election continue in Armenia.
"I rely on the official figures released by the Central Election Commission earlier on Feb. 25," said the BHK lawmaker.
Arsenyan says he did not vote for Serzh Sargsyan or Raffi Hovannisian, he voted for Andrias Ghukasyan for ethical reasons.
"I cast my ballot for the person who was staging an open-ended hunger-strike in snow and cold while I was enjoying my rest at the seaside in a warm coastal country," said the BHk representative.
