Armavir’s Mayor resigns
Media circulates rumors that Armavir's Mayor Ruben Khlghatyan submitted his resignation, but the latter did not respond to phone calls.
Note that in the city of Armavir Raffi Hovannisian gained more votes than Serzh Sargsyan.
