Pan-Armenian National Movement (PANM) became Armenian National Congress (HAK)
375 in favor, 6 against (Babken Ararktsyan also voted against) and 3 abstentions.
Due to the 18th congress of Pan-Armenian National Movement (PANM) the issue of changing the name of PANM to HAK was accepted via voting.
The congress was declared closed.
