A minor incident in Aparan
"Aparan must be saved", - Raffi Hovannisian with this appeal started the meeting in Aparan.
The police officers wanted to interfere with the small-numbered meeting. Colonel Grigoryan informed that the meeting was not permitted and the citizens were impeding traffic.
The vice-president of "Heritage" party Armen Martirosyan reminded the police officer.
"This is not a rally, because the people gathered here are fewer than 100 ".
Raffi Hovannisian said that he had not organize rally in Aparan, the people gathered around him is spontaneously.
