Ralliers welcome Giziryan's resignation
Vice-chairman of the opposition Heritage party, Armen Martirosyan, who is chairing the rally organized by Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian, has informed the attendees about the resignation of Shirak governor Ashot Giziryan.
"I feel sorry that the governor resigned for his failure to perform his duties properly and not for holding more or less normal elections in his province. Shame on him" said Mr Martirosyan.
