Rally starts at Liberty Square
Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has just arrived at Liberty Square where thousands of people have gathered for today's rally.
Mr Hovannisian passed through the lines greeting the participants of the meeting.
"Hello, Armenia!" the Heritage leader said as he took the rostrum. Everyone began vociferating, "Armenia!"
The rally is chaired by vice-chairman of the party Armen Martirosyan who said they seek for victory and see no other option.
"There is no other option, no alternative. Onward to victory!" said Mr Martirosyan.
He said that two months ago no one, but Raffi Hovannisian, believed that this day would come.
Present at the rally is also presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasian who is going to address the participants.
Earlier Raffi Hovannisian promised to present people his conversation he had with Serzh Sargsyan on Thursday, February 21.
