the culture of the post-election developments in Armenia
The vice-president of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), the Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan advises the presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian, to hold the post-election process as polite as he had hold the campaign.
"It's a pity, that the culture of the post-election developments, seems to be a repeat of the culture of all the previous elections, when the western culture proves that the defeated candidates are the first who call and congratulate to the winner", - he said.
HHK vice-president is confident that in the post-election process the interests of Raffi Hovannisian will encounter the interests of Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), of Armenian National Congress (HAK) and of other political powers.
"I do not think that they can easily give their political power to Raffi Hovannisian" he said.
