There is a chance and it will be wrong to lose it

Once again we did not have free and fair elections. And again "azatutyun" square is crowded. 1996's, 2003's, 2008's experience shows that, the nation rebels when does not gain results with the constitutional way (elections). People want to stand up for their votes.
It is a fair and constitutional claim. I was always in favor of the approach that if it is impossible to achieve changes through legal actions, revolutionary activities are inevitable. This time, however, the situation is different. I see a wish to negotiate and carry on a dialogue among the candidates of government and opposition.
In this regard, I call on Raffi Hovannisian and Serzh Sargsyan immediately come to the negotiating table and try to find ways to get out of the situation. Otherwise it will be impossible to avoid further clashes. No one should perceive my call as an undue interference or provocation ordered by the other side.
The two sides can continue their actions' plan at the same time (in parallel). Simply, I am sure, that even the ordinary meeting can make a real difference. There is such a chance and it would be wrong to lose it.
