Ralliers to stay at Liberty Square
The participants of the rally organized by second-placed presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian will stay at Liberty Square till 2.00 p.m. February 21, Hovannisian announced minutes ago.
"We shall stay at the square "reserved" by Serzh Sargsyan by the time the authorities start their scheduled event," he said.
Mr Hovannisian also said that he was not going to participate in any inauguration expect that of the society.
The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) is scheduled to hold a meeting at Liberty Square at 2.00 p.m. Feb. 21. The event will continue till 8 p.m.
Raffi Hovannisian, who polled about 37 percent of the vote, is disputing the official outcome of the election that gave Serzh Sargsyan a first-round victory with over 59 percent of the vote.
