A1+ offers live webcast of Hovannisian's rally
Whether or not Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian will meet Serzh Sargsyan will be known during today's rally at Yerevan's Liberty Square.
Heritage vice-chairman Armen Martirosyan says only the party leader, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian can answer the question.
On Tuesday, Mr Hovannisian offered Serzh Sargsyan to meet in private or public and to transfer the power to the Armenian people.
In reply to Hovannisian's offer, Serzh Sargsyan's spokesperson Armen Arzumanyan said on Wednesday that the president-elect is ready to meet with all the political forces and their leaders at appropriate time.
Raffi Hovannisian, who polled about 37 percent of the vote, is disputing the official outcome of the election that gave Serzh Sargsyan a first-round victory with over 59 percent of the vote. Raffi Hovannisian is rallying his supporters at Liberty Square at 5 p.m.
