HHK Spokesman: Raffi indulged in illusions
After the Monday election, Raffi Hovannisian has indulged in illusions and is making emotional statements, Spokesman for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) said on Feb. 20.
"It is time that Raffi returned to the reality and stopped making frivolous statements," said Eduard Sharmazanov.
"Armenians citizens won in the February 18 ballot by casting their ballots for safe and secure Armenia," he added.
The HHK spokesman says Serzh Sargysan will be the president of his constituents and the entire nation.
In conclusion, Eduard Sharmazanov congratulated the second-place candidate [Raffi Hovannisian], saying his 36.75 percent of votes speaks of confidence.
