Heritage faction head invited to police
Head of the Heritage party faction Ruben Hakobyan has been invited to the Gyumri division of the Armenian in connection with an incident at Precinct 34/36 in Gyumri.
The Police Media Department informed A1+ that they are probing into the incident and promised to give more details a bit later.
Ruben Hakobyan reportedly kicked up a row with Republican MP Sukias Avetisyan after the later appeared at the precinct and said he was standing proxy for the incumbent [Serzh Sargsyan] but as it turned out Mr Sargsyan had another proxy registered at the given precinct.
The Heritage official reportedly disrupted the routine of the election.
