OSCE observers to give assessment Feb 19
Observers of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will give a news conference on Tuesday, February 19. During the meeting the international observers will present their opinion on the conduct of the February 18 presidential election in Armenia.
The OSCE PA election observation mission involves 30 members.
