Sargsyan understood the words said in Azerbaijani
Serzh Sargsyan today held a campaign rally with voters of Vardenis city.
During the meeting an elderly man dedicated a long dithyramb to the incumbent president. After reading the text written on a sheet of paper, the man said, "Now let me utter the words from my heart" and he began speaking in the Azerbaijani language.
"You seem to be missing those old times," said Serzh Sargsyan. While the man was trying to translate the text into Armenian, he continued, "Do not worry! don't you remember that I know the language?"
