Package of proposals presented
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan chaired the council's regular session referring to the regulation of the economic sphere of the Republic of Armenia and to the reforms of the legal acts.
The acting official of the state institution National legislation regulating center of the RA government staff Armen Eghizaryan has presented a package of proposals on the health sector.
The suggestions of the legislative reforms have been studied and presented in the licensing sphere of the medical care and service implementation.
National legislation regulating center has also presented suggestions regarding to the improvement of the processes of the medical care and service implementations with free and privileged conditions guaranteed by the state as well as to the improvement of the processes of the medical care and service implementations for the rescue officers, soldiers and their family members.
With the adoption of the package of the legal acts a number of acts will either be considered invalid or will be reformed with the simultaneous reduction of business processes, reports the press service of the Government.
