Hovik Abrahamyan receives international observers
On February 11, Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan received the Chairman of the International Center of the Electoral Systems (ICES), the Director of Institute for Eastern European and CIS Countries, member of the Israeli Parliament, Alexander Zinker, and expert Anna Churdova (Czech Republic).
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues related to the upcoming presidential election, including pre-electoral processes and campaign. Both sides highlighted the conduct of fair and transparent elections. Hovik Abrahamyan stressed that the Armenian authorities have the political will to hold free and fair elections in compliance with international standards.
