Serzh Sargsyan sends condolences to Mexican President
Serzh Sargsyan has sent a letter of condolences to Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto over Thursday's explosion that rocked the offices of Mexico's state oil company, killing at least 25 people and injuring 101.
Dozens of people were reportedly trapped in the building after the explosion. Crews were still searching Thursday night for people who could be trapped in the Pemex office complex, which includes one of the city's tallest skyscrapers.
