OEK calls for prompt investigation
The Rule of Law Party (OEK) expresses its deep concerns over yesterday's assassination attempt on presidential candidate, Chairman of the National Self-Determination Union Paruyr Hayrikyan.
"This was a treacherous blow to the state, government and people of Armenia. The party condemns the incident and expects its raid disclosure by law enforcement bodies," OEK said in a statement.
The party expresses its support for Paruyr Hayrikyan, his family and teammates, wishing the candidate speedy recovery.
