Presidential candidate tears off campaign poster
During his campaign meeting in Armenia's Khor Virap village, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian tore off his poster from the facade of a HayPost CJSC building. The candidate explained his campaign staffers that posters cannot be affixed on similar buildings by law. They explained that they had received the permission of the local municipality, and the place was allocated to them for posters. Raffi Hovannisian had certain doubts regarding the ‘permission' and ordered his staffers to reaffix the poster if they were really allowed to place it on the building.
