What about Arman Melikyan's proposal?
Presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian, Paruyr Hayrikyan and Hrant Bagratyan did not mention the name of candidate Arman Melikyan in their joint statement issued earlier on Monday.
In their statement, the three candidates call for publication of the lists of voters who are absent from Armenia. Earlier in January, Arman Melikyan applied to the Central Election Commission with the same demand.
"If these three candidates had joined me then, the CEC would have made a different decision. Anyway, our demand is adequate. It is supported not only by the other presidential candidates, but also by the public," said Mr Melikyan.
