OSCE/ODIHR issues first interim report
The Election Observation Mission of Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has issued its INTERIM REPORT No. 1 on the February 18 presidential election in Armenia. In the seven-page report the OSCE/ODIHR EOM referred to the legal framework and election system in the country, voter registration, candidate nomination and registration, pre-campaign environment and other issues.
