CEC hands over to MFA envelopes with personal codes
Representatives of Armenian diplomatic corps accredited in foreign countries, as well as their family members, who are eligible to vote, can participate in February's presidential polls through the system of e-voting.
The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia today passed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs envelopes containing their personal codes.
The number of eligible voters living in 34 countries, including the representatives of diplomatic missions and their family members, totals 243, said CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan.
The CEC Chairman also presented a CEC-authored guideline on the procedures and dates of e-voting.
