Volodya Gasparyan appointed Deputy Head of the State Property Management Department
Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has signed a decree to appoint Volodya Gasparyan Deputy Head of the State Property Management Department at the RA Government.
Volodya Gasparyan was born in December, 1983, in Sarnaghbyur village, Shirak marz (province).
He is a lecturer at Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khchatur Abovyan and Deputy Chairman of the National Students Association of Armenia.
Gasparyan is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
