Republican MP: “HHK is the best”
Republican Manvel Badeyan is surprised to hear that the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) is the most influential force in the political domain.
Do not forget that the best party is the Republican. This is manifested in the results of the election," Mr Badeyan said at the Hayeli (Mirror) club.
Asked who the BHK supporters would vote for in February's presidential election, as the party would not nominate its candidate, BHK MP Lyova Khachatryan said he had nothing else to add to his party's statement: voters are free to decide which candidate they want to be elected.
"BHK electorate differs; some will vote for Poghos, other for Petros," said Khachatryan's opponent, Republican Manvel Badeyan.
Speaking about the wiretapped conversation between Levon Zurabyan (Armenian National Congress-HAK) and Vartan Oskanian (BHK), Manvel Badeyan said it was immoral while BHK MP Lyova Khachatryan said, "It is immorality in peaceful conditions, but it is treason as we have the pending Karabakh conflict."
