Gyumri Mayor pays unexpected visit
The newly-elected mayor of Armenia's second largest city Gyumri, Samvel Balasanyan, paid an unexpected visit to the families living in temporary shelters and presented an apartment to a family of 14, reports Gyumri-based Shirak Center NGO.
The family having 12 minor children will hereinafter live in an apartment in Mush-2 district bought with the proceeds donated by American-Armenian philanthropists.
