Heritage rep.: BHK statement not clear
Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Leader Gagik Tsarukyan has already taken a decision. Many may have been taken aback by Tsarukyan's statement, others may have predicted his decision long ago, Head of the Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan said commenting on Tsarukyan's decision not to run in the 2013 presidential election.
"I do not want to speak about this. Since the political developments of the past few months were left behind-the-scenes, I cannot give a final assessment," said the Heritage representative.
