Artsakh pays tribute to earthquake victims
President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic visited Stepanakert memorial complex and laid flowers to the monument to the innocent victims of the 1988 earthquake in connection with the twenty-forth anniversary of the devastating earthquake.
Bako Sahakyan was accompanied by the country's top officials, Artsakh President's Press Office reports.
