Button 'showed resistance'
Armenia's National Assembly today passed the 2013 draft budget bill by a vote of 71 to 37.
During the voting, Hrant Bagratyan, a lawmaker from the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), announced that the button showed ‘resistance' and he could not press it.
"So many things show resistance today," was the reply of NA Speaker Hovk Abrahamyan.
Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), HAK, ARF-Dashnaktsutyun, and Heritage factions voted against the bill.
