People in LA to say goodbye to Flora Martirosyan
The Chief Forensic Doctor of Los Angeles is engaged in the expertise to find out the exact reason for the death of renowned Armenian singer Flora Martirosyan. Only after this, the date of transportation to Yerevan will be clarified, Armenpress reports.
The Office of the Chief Forensic Doctor announced that they need at least two working days to finish the expertise.
The repatriation will likely be arranged at the beginning of next week," Armenpress cited Armenia's Consul General to Los Angeles Grigor Hovhannisyan as saying.
Civil funerals of the People's Artist of Armenia will also be held in Los Angeles. The largest community of the Armenian Diaspora will have a chance to bid farewell to the beloved singer.
Flora Martirosyan died in the USA on November 20 at the age of 55, reportedly from complications of a gallbladder surgery.
