Serzh Sargsyan receives international mediators
Serzh Sargsyan received on November 23 the OSCE Mink Group Co-Chairs, Robert Bradtke (the United States), Igor Popov (The Russian Federation) and Jacques Faure (France), and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
