Heritage rep.: Republicans violated ethical norms
Boycott by the majority is unacceptable, Vice-Chairman of the Heritage party Armen Martirosyan said when commenting on the Republican Party's decision to boycott the opposition-initiated special session of the National Assembly.
The former MP says the ruling Republican Party violated the norms of ethics and advises the opposition forces to appeal the move at the Ethics Committee of the National Assembly.
After reporters reminded the Heritage representative that he also missed four sittings [when he had a parliamentary mandate], Mr Martirosyan said smiling, "I remember it perfectly well. But we did not have and Ethics Committee then. "
